Hogan Lovells has announced itself as the latest international law firm to invest in its European Real Estate offering with the hire of Michael Levy, formerly of Bersay and Associes. He has been described as an “ideal” addition to the team as Hogan Lovells look to increase the capability of their global practice to meet growing demand. This follows the trend demonstrated by the recent moves of Dr. Fabian Hartiwch from BLP to Mayer Brown, and Erwan Le Douce-Bercot and the team from Freshfields to Jones Day.
“We can see the real estate market is currently very active in Paris and we can expect some other interesting lateral moves in this area, as we will probably see a capital flows from foreign investors after the French Presidential Election held next may” – Nick Crasner, Founding Partner of Crasner Consulting.
