Abbey brings extensive experience and deep sector knowledge from across the private practice legal recruitment landscape. Prior to joining Crasner Consulting, she built a strong reputation in the London and international markets as a specialist legal recruiter advising on Partner and Associate hires. She previously worked closely with elite law firms on confidential, high-impact assignments. Abbey’s expertise spans key practice areas including corporate, banking and finance, private capital, and employment, giving her a unique vantage on evolving market dynamics and client needs.

In her new role, Abbey will double down on Crasner Consulting’s private practice recruitment efforts in London and work with Nick Crasner and Katie Faulds on assignments across the EMEA region, working closely with clients to identify, assess and secure top-tier legal talent across the UK and international markets. She will also play a key role in driving thought leadership on lateral hiring trends and market developments.
