Charles Russell Speechlys have announced the impending launch of their Dubai office. King & Wood Mallesons renowned disputes partner Ghassan El Daye will join to head up the new office. Launching in Dubai will give Charles Russell Speechlys its third base in the Middle East, adding to locations in Qatar and Bahrain.
