NICK CRASNER – FOUNDING PARTNER
Nick maintains an active practice providing strategic guidance to law firm leaders on growth, strategy and execution. In addition to his advisory work, Nick originates and executes major retained search and merger broking assignments, for leading US law firms.
With deep experience supporting US law firms on their growth initiatives in London, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, Nick has executed major multi-year assignments, office openings, mergers and other retained searches. Nick has also been called on to support clients in New York and Miami, which are two of the fastest growing legal markets, in the world.
In addition to his busy practice, Nick is responsible for the strategic direction of the Firm and works closely with the leadership team on day-to-day management.
Outside of Crasner Consulting, Nick has a family office / venture investment platform, called Crasner Ventures. He is also Founder and Chairman of Crasner Capital, a boutique investment bank.
KATIE FAULDS – DIRECTOR
Katie is a highly sought after advisor in the legal sector, often called upon by law firm leaders as they look to execute their high value growth projects, as well as by high profile individual Partners who wish to make a strategically thought-out move.
Katie, who is fluent in English, German and Spanish, is Director at Crasner Consulting, focusing on retained Partner and Team searches, law firm mergers, practice launches/build outs and office openings. She has been at the centre of some of the markets most high profile moves, in recent years.
Katie assists clients all over the world, with a concentration on assignments for US law firms in London & Continental Europe. She leads Crasner Consulting’s practice in Germany, and has an unparalleled track record in Frankfurt, Munich and other German markets.
Prior to joining Crasner Consulting, Katie worked with one of the world’s leading executive search firms, working on Chief Executive, Chief Technology and other C-Suite appointments for financial institutions including bulge bracket investment banks, hedge funds and asset managers.
Katie is Chair of Crasner Consulting’s Diversity Committee and Crasner Consulting Women’s Initiative, driving diversity both internally, as well as externally for clients.
ABBEY BENNETT – PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
Abbey is a Principal Consultant at Crasner Consulting, advising Boards and leadership teams of leading US and international law firms on strategic growth initiatives. Her work spans Partner and team appointments across major global financial centres, supporting the Crasner team on the execution of its largest projects.
Having grown up across Europe, the Middle East and the UK, Abbey brings a distinctly international perspective to her practice. She holds a degree in Geography & Sociology from the University of Leeds, where she received a First for her dissertation, reflecting her long-standing interest in performance, ambition, and institutional dynamics.
Before joining Crasner Consulting, Abbey built and led Private Practice platform at a London based international recruitment firm and worked in-house alongside General Counsel and senior leadership teams within globally recognised organisations. She has a track record of advising senior lawyers and high-performing teams operating at the top of the international legal market.
Abbey has contributed to awardnominated teams, including recognition from The Lawyer (Best Legal Team of the Year, 2024) and the TIARA DE&I Awards (2023).
Alongside her legal search practice, Abbey is an ambassador for the Royal Voluntary Service, where she has earned a Five-Year Long Service Award (2025). She also volunteers with The Royal Marsden, trains new recruits within the volunteer department, and has completed multiple marathons in support of charitable causes.
CAROLINE ROBERTS – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & PROJECT COORDINATOR
Caroline is an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator at Crasner Consulting.
MIRIAM LONGCHAMP – STRATEGY CONSULTANT
Miriam is a Strategy Consultant to Crasner Consulting where she gets involved in select consulting engagements for the firm’s US client base
Prior to joining Crasner Consulting, Miriam was an Associate at Wachtell Lipton LLP in New York City.
In particular, Miriam has worked on matters in jurisdictions spanning the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman) and mainland Europe (Brussels, Paris, Frankfurt, Madrid, Milan, and Munich). She has extensive experience in the development and project management of large law firm office openings where he helps international clients enter and build up their presence in a given market.
